On June 1st, we started working on a new module of the project: we are developing a sample curriculum for MAG welding on an e-learning platform. Mr. Paweł Szymczak, an engineer with a master’s degree, has joined our team. He was a welding instructor at our branch in Kutno. The new colleague is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and has also completed a pedagogical course at the Training Center in Bydgoszcz. He works at Libner Polska Sp. Z o.o.
The lecturer’s task will be to develop an online course program in the field of welding and conduct training based on this program according to the following requirements.
The sample online course program in welding will have a modular structure, utilizing blended learning principles along with interactive elements and virtual workshops. The course program will also incorporate interactive components, simulations, videos, animations, etc., combined with lectures, group work, and consultations. The flexible design of the course program will allow it to be tailored to the needs of various participant groups, including individuals with low qualifications, those seeking to upgrade their skills, people with disabilities, women, caregivers, immigrants, disadvantaged groups, etc. The expected duration of the course is 110 hours, including up to 80 hours of practical classes conducted in a blended learning format.
