Within this IO the project of the IT system supporting on-line education has be prepared, including a user-friendly interface, taking into account needs of people with disabilities (e.g. high-contrast text, lecturer reading instructions, etc.) and the necessary IT solutions will be developed.
IT solution is optimised for different language versions, different operating systems (e.g. MS Windows, Android, etc.) and touch screens, the feasibility of developing a mobile version of the interface was examined and considered unrealistic.
The IT solutions is ready to work in low bandwidth networks (relevant in rural areas and for people accessing the Internet via mobile networks). It was developed for the organisation of distance learning of the following forms of education: vocational courses, professional skills courses and vocational qualification courses.
