„The project „Future Education – Remote Vocational Training and Education,” implemented between 2022-2024 by the Vocational Training Department in Warsaw and the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs, was financed through the funds of the EEA Financial Mechanism for the years 2014-2021. The main objectives of the project included:
Developing a comprehensive solution for remote vocational training utilizing blended learning and virtual workshops.
Preparing education organizers and teachers for conducting online courses.
The main project results, such as the creation of an IT solution for remote learning, development of two exemplary vocational training programs, an e-guidebook, and training for remote education organizers, align with the priority areas of the Education Program: inclusive education, fostering a culture of quality in the education sector, and the development and promotion of the VET sector.
These project results were targeted towards three groups: online education organizers, social workers, and participants of vocational courses. They were designed to effectively combine online learning with practical activities and to reach a wide audience with educational offerings.
The project outcomes were disseminated through training sessions for remote education organizers, a virtual handbook on creating online education programs, two exemplary courses, and a closing conference.
This report summarizes the work of the members of the evaluation committee representing the Vocational Training Department in Warsaw and the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs, established to conduct an internal evaluation of the project.”
